1.) No bond unless you entered approved degree under JPA. If you entered degree not approved by JPA, the scholarship is retracted from you
2.) Can accept the bond and reject it but not advisable laa...
3.) Yup...
4.) No, not foundation only, it's until you finish your degree but subjected to conditions stated by JPA. For example, you going for dentistry, you do the foundation under JPA, after finish foundation, JPA say go Nottingham, you applied but failed to enter then the scholarship ends and no bond. If you succeeded, then JPA continue sponsoring you until you finish your degree but got bond depending on the profession you studied.
5.) Yes you must apply again but chances are high,in fact it is guranteed ONLY IF you met the conditions stated in the contract. If I'm not mistaken last year was like that. The contract will say, JPA will continue sponsoring you through your degree should you entered the university stated by JPA.
