Week of chicken pox

Oh, this week. Is the week of chicken pox. I'm not attending school... Wahaha... May be you will said, "How nice??"... But i will tell you that, sitting at home is much more boring than being in school. I have learned a lot in this week.
  1. The chicken pox will comes without telling you. So dont burst it and thinking that it is pimples. You will get fever and a lot of red spot and first. Which do not contain any water inside. Dont scratch it although it is extremely itchy~ You will regret if you have burst it.
  2. Sitting at home and not attending to school is so boring. I will feel myself is so useless here and cant do anything. Make me think that i'm a sick people who is so old and so useless. I can't attending to school and i wasted a lot of money in medical fees. Check for Hepatitis B, get injection, consultant for lymph node swelling and chicken pox... haih~ Want me to count for you?
  3. There is a lof of foods which i can't take during chicken pox period and during the recovering period. (1-2 months from now) For examples, NO soy sauce, NO dark foods, NO beans and nuts, NO egg... Should have more fruits, tasteless fish, porridge and water.
  4. You should have more refreshing and "cold" drinks. Just like coconut and 100 plus. Do not think that you can get slimmer when you are sick. Cuz coconut and 100 plus will make you gain much weight.
  5. There are tonnes of works and lectures that i need to study and do. I have to learn myself from e-learning and listen to those quite "interesting" i-lecture... Argh!!!!!!!!!
  6. When someone is sick during school time, there are a lot of things you need to do after you have recover. Not for those homeworks, but for those MC and others~ For example, photostat your mc for distribution.
  7. My mentor told me that, to be a successful Pharmacist, we should always learn and dont be lazy to improve yourselvse. Well, i will remember this and be curious in everything. Have funnnn~~ Haha...
  8. I have learned that Friendship is not equal to Relationship.. Haha.. So, i think there is no point of comparing.

Well, thats all for now... Haha... No any pictures of Chicken pox... haha... Take good care of yourselves and dont get sick!!!

Randomly IV

"...But this is not the purpose of writing this post. This post is to ask all the people. Do u guys think there is still genuine friendship exist between human? Especially to the level like the tertiary life? OK, any comment just tell me. Because i'm wondering if there's still true friendship among people. As i know, when we reach uni life, there is no more things like what we so-called as "real friends". Atleast this is my own case i would say. If u ask me why, i cant really answer u as i'm also seeking for the answer. As i always ask my darling also, do u think there is still true friend exist in this world? Ofcourse, not surprisingly we both got the same answer, which is a BIG NO! Indeed we both have the same chemistry!..."

Haha. Seem this post is getting a lot of comments and thinking from people out there. I don't know what is the problem of this post. May be there is a lot of people can't and didn't read the bold highlighted sentence there. There are a lot of people who think that the author is writing about him or her. I don't know the people but i want to know who is those people. The style of writing and the words used in those comments are so familiar to me. May be i know them. Haha. How sad and pitiful am i, if they are my friends or may be my good good friends or may be my normal friends... Well, skip all those sad feeling. Back to this post. Ya... I'm NOT agree that there is a true friend in university. This is the conclusion that i have made for this few days. May be i just cant find one now. But i still hope that i can find one in one day. May be all is just too smart or too busy. There is no much time to make friends in University. But still looking forward for them. This few days we just stick to Kang Yan and Mandy Chong. They are our collegemates!! Happy that there are still some MUFY-ians left for us in IMU~ Well... Enjoy~ ^^

Orientation

Hi, everyone!! Muahaha... Well... I'm now a student who study in IMU... Muahaha... Ermm... The number of students who study in Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm 1/10) is 140++... Is an extremely big huge class for me... Hope that i can adapt in learning with big group of people... haha... I'm having my orientation this whole week.. Which is... Ermm... A bit tiring for me... But... I have to adapt with it again... For your information, my whole semester schedule will be 9am-6pm... Wah~~ How happy!! Haha.... Ermm.. Sometime we need to study for 7 hours a day, sometime we need to study for 4-5 hours a day... But believe me, no matter how many hour you study for a day, you still need to stay in the university for 9 hours may be... This is because we have some break in the middle for a maximum of 3 hours... Omg~~ How am i going to survive?? Haih... Well... The formal attire is really nice... IMU is very concern with our dress code everyday... But, i love the surrounding when everyone is wearing formal attire... Look very tidy, professional and trustable... Haha... How nice... Yesterday is my first day and i'm going to fainted due to the long-hour-consuming rehearsal for BPharm White Coat Ceremony~ Hehe... Is a tradision for Medic and Pharmacy students... Those nurse will have the Light Ceremony like that... haha... Just too busy and tired as i haven got to adapt this kind of life~ I will do my best for it!!

Tips to wear high heels

1. Buy shoes that fit! Sounds like a no-brainer, but most women wear shoes at least a half a size too small. Measure your feet every time you buy shoes, even just a few extra pounds can make your shoe size larger. Remember that the number is just a suggestion, different brands can size completely differently.

2. Wear a wider shoe than you think you need. The shoe is not going to stretch that much when you "break it in". Most women also but their shoes too narrow!

3. It is smart to wait until the afternoon or at the end of the day to buy shoes. Swelling can cause a dramatic change in shoe size, so buy shoes in the afternoon or evening for a better fit.

4. Buy leather shoes, not synthetics. Leather is more forgiving.

5. Beware of the pointy-toed, high heeled shoe! These are a double-whammy! Try to avoid the severe point and go for more of a taper or square toe box.

6. If you have bunions and hammertoes, a silicone protective sleeve can help your pain from rubbing in your shoes. Make sure your toe box is wide enough to accommodate the padding.

7. If you have two different sized feet (and most people do), shoe stretchers can be used to stretch the toe box if one foot is only a little bigger than the other. If you have significantly different sized feet, some stores and websites will sell you two different sized shoes.

8. Try to avoid really high heels. Your feet (and knees) will thank you if you adjust your heel height to lower than 3 inch heels.

9. Try to wear a consistent heel height. Varying your heel height up and down can actually irritate your Achilles tendon.

10. Chunky heels are much more stable than stilettos. Try to wear a wider, more supportive heel or even convert to platforms!

11. If you have to wear heels and have a flexible flat foot, try "Insolia" insoles. They are relatively inexpensive and can make a 3 inch heel feel like a 2 inch heel by distributing stress from your forefoot to the middle of your arch.

12. If you have constant knee pain, avoid heels all together! One study showed a 26% increase in stress on the knee joint in heels higher than 2 inches. Osteoarthritis in the knee has been linked to chronic wearing of high heel shoes.

13. Always have a pair of running shoes or casual shoes in the car or in your desk. You never know when you need to make a mad dash for the airport or get stuck running errands. Always have a pair of Crocs or comfortable sneakers on hand for emergencies.

14. Applying lotion to your feet daily can help with corns and calluses. An emollient lotion with an exfoliate can help with thick, hard skin caused by shoe pressure.

15. Get a regular pedicure. Having a regular pedicure and keeping your toenails in tip top shape can help with ingrown toenails, also caused by shoe pressure. Make sure your pedicurist is using sterile instruments and never let them cut your corns and calluses with a sharp blade!

16. Never perform bathroom surgery on your corns and calluses. Also, never use those over-the-counter corn removers; the acid plaster in these products does not know when to stop and can cause nasty sores and infections!

17. Get a regular massage. Massage can really help with delayed muscle soreness and fatigue from the abnormal stress from high heeled shoes.

18. Stretching your toes after taking off your shoes can be quite helpful. This helps increase the circulation to the poor little tootsies that are cramped in your shoes.

19. Stretch your Achilles tendon and calf muscles at least every day if not twice a day. Regular stretching can help combat the shortening of the Achilles tendon that occurs from chronic wearing of high heel shoes. This shortening can lead to tendinitis and heel pain!

20. Core strengthening exercises can help stabilize your feet and decrease the stress from high heeled shoes. Every woman should do core exercises at least three times a week. They help with back pain, knee pain and foot pain caused by instability.

21. See your podiatrist if you have any pain that last more than five to seven days. We all have foot pain from time to time, but if you have persistent pain, numbness or burning for more than 5 to 7 days in the same spot; you probably have an injury. Simple solutions are available at your podiatrist if you seek help early. A delay in treatment can lead to needing surgery or worse......

beware of HEELS, guys!!
